Panel Sales Engineer

Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their sales team in Madbidri (Dakshina Kannda). As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for switchgear and control panel products. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, sales experience in panel sales and switchgear products, and excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets for switchgear and control panel products. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical panel and switchgear market. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients. - Offer technical support to customers, addressing product applications and solutions. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and reports. - Collaborate with the marketing team to increase product visibility and market reach. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products. - Willingness to travel to the job location. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications. - Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and fostering customer relationships. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforces, and SAP software.
