Job Description

IQVIA Biotech is looking for Panel Administrator Assoc 2 to join our team

Administers routine data collection under close guidance and supervision.
Initiates calls to pharmacies using a prepared selling strategy to promote pharmacy participation in syndicated, on-going panels.
Follows up with panels to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed scripts.
Receives and processes all incoming calls from panels, responding to routine questions and referring non-routine questions to managers.
Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panels.
Collects information from panels and ensures quality meets basic requirements.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One year of exposure to medical products and/or doctors offices preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
