Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Palantir Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Palantir platforms (Foundry/Gotham/Apollo). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams, interact with stakeholders, and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Palantir solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
. Design and implement data pipelines, transformations, and models in Palantir
. Build custom workflows, ontologies, and operational applications on the Palantir platform.
. Architect data integration, transformation pipelines, and analytical models using Palantir Foundry/Gotham.
. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable Palantir solutions.
. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, deployment, and documentation.
. Oversee data governance, security, and compliance within the Palantir ecosystem.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, cloud, DevOps).
. Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance for Palantir applications.
. Stay updated with Palantir product advancements and recommend adoption of new features.
. 5+ years of experience in data engineering/analytics with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir
. Prior experience leading teams and managing client/business stakeholder relationships.
. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
