You will be responsible for managing and supervising the powder coating division for sheet metal furniture products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Instructing and checking proper surface treatments before paintings as per prescribed standards. - Ensuring no defects post painting process. - Timely inspection and maintenance of the plant. - Record keeping and reporting daily status of the production line. - Monitoring consumption of raw materials. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are: - Relevant experience of minimum 6 months in any type of paint shop (automobile, wood, aluminium, or steel). - Basic Hindi and English speaking communication skills. - Ability to maintain records on Excel or any given ERP system.
