Paid Social Ads Specialist

You will be joining as a Social Media Marketing specialist in the growth team. Your role will involve managing Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels for performance marketing. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns on various channels to maximize ROAS. Your creativity will be key as you innovate and share campaign ideas with the team. Collaborating with design and content teams, you will develop marketing campaigns focusing on user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences. Working closely with team leads, you will prioritize initiatives to achieve high returns on marketing spends. Tracking and measuring campaign performance, analyzing insights, and reporting on KPIs will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign schedules are essential.
