Job Description

We are hiring for one of our Multinational client for the role of Social Media Marketing Specialist- Paid Search (Google Ads) based out at Bangalore. PFB the details:

Role: Paid Search (Google Ads)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads to drive targeted traffic, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives for various product lines and business units.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy optimization, and landing page analysis to ensure optimal campaign performance and relevancy.
  • Manage large-scale Google Ads accounts with multiple campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in managing extensive Google MCC Ads accounts
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and drive paid media advertising and analytics, to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing objectives and business goals.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously optimize and improve paid search strategies and tactics.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to foster their professional development and growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and display marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Biotech/pharma industry experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Google Ads accounts in a multinational corporation with multiple business units and product lines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights to drive campaign performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in scientific industry and familiarity with target customer groups a plus.
  • Ability to work with East Asian markets, and ability to read and write Korean, Japanese a plus.
