Roles and Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit each platform. Oversee, plan, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives. Develop, launch, and manage creative social media campaigns to promote the product/organisation and its initiatives. Manage and facilitate online communities by responding to posts, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful discussions. Monitor, track, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics platforms. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital innovations to enhance content strategy. Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation. Recommend and implement strategies to improve social media performance and engagement. Public Relations & Communication Support PR activities and coordination with journalists and media houses. Assist in planning and executing promotional events, press conferences, and media visits. Monitor and analyse media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications. Contribute to the creation of PR materials such as newsletters, media kits, articles, and press notes. Assist in developing and implementing both online and offline campaigns, analysing their success and impact. Administrative & Analytical Support Prepare performance reports, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Create data-driven visual summaries and graphs to illustrate social media and PR campaign performance. Maintain organised databases, campaign assets, and reports. Key Skills A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a social media representative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools Knowledge of PR principles and media relations Creative thinking and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation (graphs/charts) Ability to multitask and manage projects within deadlines Analytical mindset with a focus on performance measurement and improvement Quick and enthusiastic learner.
