Opportunity Summary


We are seeking experienced digital marketing professionals in India to participate in an exclusive, paid user experience research study for Meta (formerly Facebook). This is a critical benchmarking study to test new features within the Meta Ads platform. Selected participants will engage in a 30-minute, one-on-one online interview, during which they will complete a series of real-world ad campaign tasks.


This is a test of the technology, not your ability. Prior experience is required only to ensure you have the necessary access and familiarity to review the tech environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in a single, 30-minute online interview via a platform like

    Discuss.io.

  • Share your desktop/laptop screen while performing a set of pre-defined tasks within the Meta Ads platform (e.g., creating a Sales campaign, using the Chat Builder, verifying reporting metrics).
  • Provide open and honest feedback about your experience navigating the platform.
  • Agree to the interview session being recorded for research purposes only.

You MUST meet all of the following requirements to be considered for this study


Professional Status & Role

  • Employment:

     You must be 

    Full-time employed, Part-time employed, or Self-employed

    .
  • Job Duties:

     You must be personally responsible for 

    BOTH

  • Posting on social media
  • Running paid ads on social media or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ad Responsibility:

     You must be responsible for 

    creating, editing, and publishing Sales Ads

     on Meta Ads Manager 

    at least once a week or more often

     in the past 12 months.


Platform Usage & Ad Spend

  • Platform Use:

     You must currently use 

    Meta Ads Manager

     for your business.
  • Primary Device:

     You must primarily use a 

    desktop or laptop computer

     to access Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience:

  • Must have created, duplicated, and edited ad campaigns in Ads Manager before.
  • Must be familiar with the concept and use of 

    Re-engagement Ads

     (retargeting).
  • Must have spent 

    more than $0

     on Sales and/or Traffic campaigns with Meta in the past month.
  • Quarterly Spend:

     Your total estimated quarterly digital ad spend specifically on Meta advertising must be 

    at least INR 3,00,000

     (approximately $3000 USD).

  • Location:

     Must be based in 

    India

  • Age:

     Must be 

    age 18+

    .
  • Language:

     Must be 

    English fluent

     for the interview.
  • Technical Access:

     Must have access to a computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and one of the required browsers: 

    Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge

  • Verification Consent:

     Must be comfortable sharing your 

    Meta Ad account ID

     and 

    personal Facebook User ID

     for permissions and usage verification (this information will be handled confidentially and used for research purposes only).
