• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across 

  Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

• Manage and scale a 

  7-figure annual ad budget

   (minimum $200k/month).
• Build and optimize 

  email, SMS, and push campaigns

   using Klaviyo and related tools.
• Oversee SEO, PPC, catalog/shopping feeds, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
• Track and report on 

  KPI’s, ROAS/ROI, and attribution

   using GA4, GTM, SEMrush, and related tools.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ads, copy, and assets.
• Stay current on industry trends, algorithms, and growth-hacking strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

• 5+ years in e-commerce marketing & paid digital advertising

  .
• Hands-on experience managing 

  7-figure budgets

   and scaling D2C brands.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Shopify, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
