Paid Media (Facebook Ads)

As a Paid Media Specialist at our company, your role will involve scaling the paid media/internal delivery efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing large scale Facebook ads performance campaigns with seamless execution - Utilizing strong analytical background and direct experience in performance marketing delivery across various channels such as Google, programmatic, etc. - Identifying trends in data and adapting strategies accordingly - Brainstorming innovative ways to run paid campaigns - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Facebook ads platform and hands-on experience in managing large scale campaigns for gaming and e-commerce verticals, including A/B testing ads - Possessing a good grasp of English and a thorough understanding of web/app based businesses, with knowledge of MS Excel considered a plus - Utilizing excellent reasoning and data analysis skills to enhance campaign performance Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role In this position, you will be responsible for: - Executing marketing campaigns through Facebook ads platforms for gaming and e-commerce clients to achieve high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Optimizing the channel to deliver the best Return on Investment (ROI) while meeting targets - Proactively identifying process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency - Providing periodic reports to management on campaign performance - Analyzing campaigns and consumer behavior to derive insights and implement learnings - Collaborating with the marketing manager to ensure the successful execution of different campaigns - Developing and implementing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition - Conducting continuous experiments and A/B testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI If you are looking for a role where you can utilize your expertise in performance marketing and paid campaign management, this opportunity is for you.,
