Paid Media (Facebook Ads)

As a Paid Media Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for scaling the paid media/internal delivery efforts. Your role will involve: - Seamless execution of large scale Facebook ads performance campaigns. - Strong analytical background and direct experience in performance marketing delivery across other channels including Google, programmatic, etc. - Identifying trends in data and adapting based on that. - Coming up with innovative ways to run paid campaigns. - Having in-depth knowledge of the Facebook ads platform and being a hands-on marketer with experience in running large scale campaigns for gaming and e-commerce verticals including A/B testing ads. - Having a good grasp of English and a thorough understanding of web/app-based businesses. Knowledge of MS Excel would be a plus. - If you possess excellent reasoning and data analysis skills, you would be a person of interest. Experience in the same role (3+ years minimum) is required. In terms of your role and responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Execute marketing campaigns through Facebook ads platforms for gaming and e-commerce clients and deliver high ROAS. - Optimize the channel to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met. - Ensure process improvements proactively and improve operational efficiency. - Provide periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns. - Gather insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implement the learnings. - Partner with the marketing manager to ensure that different campaigns are being executed. - Develop and execute new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition. - Continuously experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI.,
