Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Paid Media Account Manager to handle client ad accounts, ensure campaign success, and maintain strong client relationships. This role combines campaign oversight, performance analysis, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads accounts for multiple clients with a focus on lead generation.
• Oversee campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and daily optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure campaigns meet defined goals.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate internally with performance and technical teams for implementation.
• Maintain documentation, performance logs, and status reports.
• Suggest improvements and upsell opportunities based on campaign data.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in managing paid media accounts, preferably Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics, ad structure, and optimization tactics.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with consistent performance focus.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
