Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily packing and dispatch operations, ensuring products are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Monitor the packing team, provide training, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain inventory control and keep accurate records of dispatches.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on packing and dispatch performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
