Job Description

Packing supervisor with knowledge in excel required for Haritham foods Calicut

1. Production & Workflow Management

Plan, organize, and oversee daily packing operations to meet production schedules.
Assign tasks to packing staff and balance manpower across lines for efficient workflow.
Monitor product flow from production to packing and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Ensure packing output meets daily/weekly targets.

2. Quality & Food Safety Compliance

Ensure all packed products meet quality standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks on packaging materials, product weights, seals, and coding.
Ensure proper handling of allergens, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention.

3. Packaging Materials & Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels of packaging materials (boxes, films, labels, trays, etc.).
Coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to replenish supplies.
Reduce packaging waste and ensure optimal material usage.

4. Team Leadership & Training

Supervise, motivate, and guide packing operators/line workers.
Train new employees on packing procedures, safety rules, and hygiene practices.
Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
