Packing Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately for shipment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and ensure proper labeling for shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and document packing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve packing processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Handle materials with care, performing heavy lifting as required while following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, with a focus on packing or shipping & receiving roles.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and logistics operations is highly desirable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with materials handling equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
• Team management skills are beneficial for those interested in leadership roles within the warehouse.

Pay: ₹8,116.99 - ₹32,626.41 per month
