Position Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Production (Packing Section) Department: Manufacturing Location: Bahadurgarh, Footwear Park Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years Qualification: B.Tech in Production / Industrial Engineering OR PG Diploma / M.Sc in Footwear Technology ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Packing Section at our Bahadurgarh Footwear Park unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large teams of staff and workers, and should have demonstrated expertise in handling high-volume packing operations within the footwear or similar consumer goods manufacturing industry. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Lead the Packing Section Operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and adherence to daily production targets. Supervise and manage a large workforce, including staff and workers, to ensure optimal performance and discipline on the shop floor. Develop and implement packing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output consistency. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations. Monitor manpower planning, deployment, and utilization to meet fluctuating production demands. Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and compliance with labor regulations. Drive initiatives for training and skill development of packing staff and workers. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to packing output, productivity, and manpower. Address grievances and build a positive working environment that promotes motivation and performance. ________________________________________ Candidate Profile: Minimum 15 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setup, preferably in the footwear / FMCG / apparel sector. Proven track record of leading large teams in a packing/finishing department. Sound knowledge of packing operations, manpower management, and lean manufacturing practices. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills.
