Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Packing Officer/Sr. Officer at Logos Pharma, with 2-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet packaging demands and deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to prevent errors and defects.
  • Develop and implement new packaging designs and technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in packaging operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
