We are hiring one packing and dispatch assistant. 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch operations preferred Basic understanding of inventory management and dispatch procedures Attention to detail and adherence to safety and SOP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Barrel Filling Supervision: Monitor and ensure that barrel filling activities are carried out properly and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Loading and Unloading Support: Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling, stacking, and placement to avoid damage or loss. Dispatch Planning: Support daily dispatch planning activities, including preparing dispatch schedules, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely movement of goods. Material Movement Inspection: Conduct regular checks and inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation. Data entry: To work on ERP system for data entry related to logistics
