Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Required sales coordinator with 5 years plus experience. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Coordination: Tele-calling and emails to prospective buyers & leads received through various sources. Timely follow ups with buyers for business. Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers Monitor the delivery process to ensure goods reach customers as scheduled. Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain by constant communication and liaising with relevant parties. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules and updates. Address customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and any post-delivery issues. Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Payment Collection: Follow up with customers for timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms. Coordinate with the accounts department to track and record payments. Address any payment discrepancies or delays and work towards resolution. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports on order status, payment collections. Ensure all communication and transactions are well-documented and easily retrievable. Assist in preparing sales performance reports as required. Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Help in the organization of sales events and meetings. Requirements: 1) Long term vision to be associated with a reputed organization. 2) Degree in business administration or similar. MBA preferred. 3) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
