Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Supervisor located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee the packaging process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. Daily tasks include supervising packaging staff, performing quality control checks, training team members, and implementing quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead a team
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures
• Excellent Communication Skills for effective team coordination and reporting
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to improve team performance
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Relevant experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
