Packaging Sourcing Manager

The Packaging Sourcing Manager plays a key role in sourcing packaging materials for the company's operations at Vasna Chacharwadi Gam. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing transportation facilities and ensuring efficient procurement processes. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology or a related field. Additionally, candidates with 2-3 years of experience in packaging procurement or operations, particularly in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors, are preferred. A strong understanding of various packaging materials such as corrugated, rigid boxes, labels, laminates, etc., along with knowledge of printing processes is essential. Proficiency in design file formats and artwork workflows is required, as well as hands-on experience working with ERP systems for purchase order and inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Being detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
