With a growing presence on leading e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce platforms) and our own D2C channels, Kidology is building a trusted brand for modern parents seeking value-driven, purposeful toys.

About the Role

Packaging Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging Design:

    Develop innovative, visually appealing packaging concepts for boxes, labels, and stickers in line with the brand’s identity and product positioning.
  • Dieline Handling:

    Ensure accurate use of dielines, bleed areas, and print specifications to deliver production-ready files.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with product, marketing, and branding teams to ensure packaging aligns with business and creative objectives.
  • Print Coordination:

    Liaise with vendors and printers to ensure color accuracy, materials, and finishes meet quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Product Visualization:

    Ability to create realistic mockups and 3D renders to present packaging concepts (strong plus).
  • Digital & Listing Design:

    Experience in designing engaging visuals for e-commerce listings and A+ content, especially for kids’ toy products (strong plus).
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Illustrator

    and

    Adobe Photoshop

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    print production, color management, materials,

    and

    finishing techniques

    .
  • Excellent

    attention to detail

    and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in

    Graphic Design, Visual Arts,

    or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in

    packaging design

    (preferably in consumer goods or toys).
