Job Description

Job Summary: The Packaging Boy at DEME is responsible for ensuring all garments and accessories are packed accurately, neatly, and in line with brand quality standards before dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, cleanliness, and efficiency to maintain product presentation and prevent any damage during handling and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Neatly fold, tag, and pack garments as per product category and order specifications. Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and quantity before dispatch. Maintain hygiene and order in the packaging area at all times. Handle delicate designer wear with care to avoid creasing or damage. Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory teams for timely order fulfillment. Check packaging materials (boxes, tissue paper, tags, bags) and inform supervisors when stock is low. Support in unpacking, quality checks, and re-packing for photoshoots or client orders as needed. Skills & Requirements: Basic understanding of garment handling and packaging. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physically fit for manual tasks (lifting, carrying boxes, etc.). Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
