Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Packaging Associate to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling women’s apparel - from picking and ironing to quality checking and packaging - ensuring every GlamZei order is packed with care and delivered perfectly to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Pick products from shelves as per order sheets accurately Receive incoming stock from manufacturers and perform quality checks (QC) for stitching, size accuracy, color, and fabric defects Inspect garments for quality and ensure they are clean, wrinkle-free, and ready to pack Iron garments neatly before packaging Fold, tag, and pack products as per brand packaging standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Assist in stock counting, labeling, and arranging shelves Coordinate with dispatch team for order handovers and courier pickups Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above Prior experience in packaging, warehouse, or apparel handling preferred Basic understanding of garment types, sizes, and packaging materials Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Punctual, honest, and hardworking attitude Ability to lift moderate weight packages if needed
