Packaging & Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day packaging tasks and assist in basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments, and be able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Packaging & Dispatch:

• Pack products securely and accurately as per order specifications
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder as needed
• Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in packaging area

Accounting & Finance:

• Assist in data entry of purchase, sales, and expense invoices in accounting software
• Prepare and maintain records of daily transactions
• Support monthly GST filing and reconciliation
• Help generate bills and manage e-way bills if required
• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting software
• Understanding of inventory and dispatch operations
• Familiarity with packaging materials and order handling
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or relevant field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar dual-role position is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
