We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day packaging tasks and assist in basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments, and be able to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Packaging & Dispatch: Pack products securely and accurately as per order specifications Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder as needed Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery Ensure cleanliness and organization in packaging area Accounting & Finance: Assist in data entry of purchase, sales, and expense invoices in accounting software Prepare and maintain records of daily transactions Support monthly GST filing and reconciliation Help generate bills and manage e-way bills if required Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking Skills & Requirements: Basic knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting software Understanding of inventory and dispatch operations Familiarity with packaging materials and order handling Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or relevant field (preferred) Prior experience in a similar dual-role position is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
