As a Cross Border Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients especially in international merchants, Banks, Partners etc
About the Role:
As the Cross Border Relationship Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing and overseeing large enterprise merchants. In addition to core payment products, you will lead efforts in driving other platform level products with objective of gaining wallet share, better payment experience, deeper penetration with the large goal of achieving higher Revenue and Gross Margin numbers. Additionally, you'll drive process improvements and service standards to provide best in class services to these large enterprises. This role requires a keen understanding of Core payments like Card Payments, UPI, Affordability etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a strategic plan to grow the portfolio of international merchants, Banks, Partners ensuring profitability and permanence.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills in the interaction with key internal/external stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology and Product.
- Monitor project/product launch performance continuously and design action plans according to the results and timelines.
- Ensure team/merchant performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service, avoiding churn of merchants.
- Work with autonomy looking for solutions and proposing new products based on the experience with the clients.
- Design programs and strategies that help customers fulfil their goals.
- Maintain high customer/partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Build and maintain product knowledge within the team and merchants, partners & Banks.
- Keep abreast of product enhancements and latest industry trends to provide feedback to product and sales management teams.
- Own end to end project management and assigned portfolio of accounts/partners & banks.
Requirements:
- Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business.
- Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry
- Should have around 10+ years of experience.
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
- Should be open with traveling across the region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
