Data Analysis, Data Interpretation and Predicts competitorsâ potential moves and likely reactions to new initiatives or products. Customer Centricity Thinking Customer and Channel partner FIRST. Thinking âpurposeâ in addition to âprofitâ. Taking all decisions keeping the stakeholders in mind and analysing the same. Maps market, competitor customers, Top Customers and looks at the service levels rendered.
