Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced P2P Process Specialist to join our team at FIME. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement-to-pay processes and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement procurement-to-pay processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the P2P process.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and prices.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of procurement-to-pay processes and principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using software applications and systems related to P2P processes.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
