Global Reach is one of the leading overseas education consultancies in India with around 47 offices across India and South East Asia. We offer comprehensive education counselling services to prospective students for studying in Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and other countries.

Currently, we are seeking a motivated and driven Overseas Education Counselor for Australia, Canada, NZ, UK.
The individual will have a few years of experience in counselling students and preferably with student visa process.The ideal candidate for the position will have excellent communication skills with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language; compassionate nature towards assisting students; a desire to learn on the job and result-oriented.Responsibilities and Duties

• Offer students information on Australia, NZ, Canada, UK, Ireland etc as a study destination, general information on universities, fee structure, admission requirements and visa process.
• Conduct detailed profile assessment of students interested in studying abroad and accordingly assist in shortlisting universities that fit their profile.
• Advise students on career choices available and universities that offer relevant programs
• Network with a range of stakeholders including schools, colleges, universities and training centres
• Communicate with target audiences and manage the customer relationship
• Effective follow-up with prospective students
• Responsible for university applications and student visa process at the branch level
• Mentor students through resolving queries and other problems
• Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database at branch level

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems
• 1- 2 year counselling experience preferably in the overseas education industry
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
