Overseas Education Counselor

Role Description

Leverage Edu is seeking a motivated and experienced Overseas Education Counselor with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this role, you will guide students through the process of securing admissions to prestigious universities in countries, to name a few, the USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, Canada, and many more. You will provide personalized counseling, assess student profiles, and recommend suitable courses and institutions, ensuring a smooth journey toward achieving their academic dreams.

NOTE:
- The candidate shouldn't be in the medical field

- The candidate must have experience of at least 2 years, not a fresher.

Key Responsibilities

-Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students, understanding their academic aspirations, career goals, and preferences.

-University Applications: Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their profiles, guiding them through the entire application process.

-Documentation Support: Help students prepare necessary documents such as SOPs, LORs, resumes, and essays for successful applications.

-Admission Assistance: Ensure smooth coordination for admissions, interviews, and follow-ups.

-Other Guidance: Provide accurate information and support regarding visa processes, financial requirements & travel needs for various countries.

-Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and their families, offer ongoing support, address their concerns & work closely with internal teams to ensure students are aware of available opportunities and offers.

Candidature Requirements

-A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

-2-5 years of experience in foreign education consulting or counseling.

-Strong knowledge of foreign education systems, university requirements, and visa processes

-Excellent communication, interpersonal & English speaking skills

-Proficiency in creating and reviewing academic documents like SOPs and resumes.

-Non-medical practitioners with abroad study experience

-Self Motivated with commitment to helping students succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
