Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Education Counsellor based in Ahmedabad. The role involves offering personalized guidance to students to help them choose the right educational courses and institutions abroad. Daily responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, assisting with university applications, providing support during the visa application process, and facilitating pre-departure preparation for students. Building strong relationships with students and their families is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to provide personalized advice and guidance
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education-related services to align students’ goals with relevant programs
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, student-focused environment
• Knowledge of global education systems, programs, and visa procedures is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
