As an experienced OutSystems Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications using OutSystems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of OutSystems web and mobile applications. - Ensuring the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-quality code. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Staying abreast of the latest OutSystems features and technologies, and incorporating them into the development process. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards. - Managing the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance. - Participating in planning and scoping meetings for future projects. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Active OutSystems certification (Professional or Expert level preferred). - 6-8 years of experience in OutSystems development. - Strong understanding of web and mobile application development. - Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. You will have the opportunity to work in locations such as Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Kochi.
