As an OutSystems Architect at Persistent, you will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, design, and develop solutions that optimize business processes and empower employees and customers to provide the best-in-class service. You will efficiently understand the business vision, align deliverables, exhibit excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and showcase effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Working with cross-functional team members, you will architect and design multiple products, troubleshoot defects, re-architect legacy code, and follow release cycles and deadlines. To excel in this role, you should bring 10+ years of related experience with a software company, be a certified OutSystems professional, have working experience in OutSystems architecture design, web, mobile, and front-end application development, and a good understanding of various technical concepts. You should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering quality projects within timelines, and be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
