Job Description

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and market outreach. This role involves meeting clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and field activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) for smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in direct sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Work Environment & Conditions:

  • Field-based role with frequent travel.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends/holidays if required.
  • Exposure to varied clients and industries.

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Timely reporting and documentation.
  • Payment collection efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
