Job Description

Lead generation through Cold Calling, and setting up appointments with potential customers.
Meeting up with clients, making product & solution presentations, understand clients challenges and solution needs.
Preparing, submitting and following up with clients on presentations, proposals & payments.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with implementation team to ensure quality & timely execution of agreed deliverables.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.
Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, etc.
Follow up with clients.
Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
