Role & responsibilities Hardware Design and Implementation: Implementing AV and VC, video conferencing systems, selecting hardware components, and configuring systems for optimal performance. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth operation during video conferences. Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing of hardware and software components to ensure functionality and reliability. Collaboration: Collaborating with software engineers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate hardware components and ensure seamless connectivity. Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of hardware configurations, troubleshooting procedures. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Complete knowledge of Desk Top (hardware & OS) Basic Knowledge on Networking, like configuring device in NW. Collaborate with technical support teams to address any installation or configuration concerns. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation and records related to shipments and deliveries. Generate reports on logistics performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Tele Communication. 0 or 1 years of proven Field Work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
