Outside Sales Person

As an Outside Salesperson at our company, your role will involve developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through in-person meetings and territory visits. You should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a track record of successfully closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking. - Travel within your assigned territory to meet with prospective and existing customers. - Present products or services, explain features and benefits, and address client questions. - Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer information using CRM software. - Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in outside sales or a related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software for sales activity tracking. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
