Outreach Specialist

You will be joining our team at LevelupForWomen as an Outreach Specialist, where you will be based in Gurugram on a full-time basis. Your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, conduct community outreach activities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will involve identifying outreach opportunities, communicating with community members, and crafting various promotional materials to showcase our services. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and writing skills, along with previous experience in customer service and community outreach. Effective research abilities, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are key requirements for this position. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
