Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential attendees via outbound cold calls, introducing them to community events and encouraging them to join for shared learning and growth
Consistently achieve daily[150 calls] and monthly targets for call volume, conversions and event registrations
Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to boost conversion rates and ensure registration goals are met
Conduct research to discover new prospects through online communities, social media, and networking platforms
Regularly evaluate outreach efforts and optimize strategies for better performance
Must be open to working from the office
Willingness to commit for a duration of 6 months
