Outreach Facilitator

We are seeking a motivated and socially aware Outreach Facilitator to drive community engagement and beneficiary mobilization under a government-supported initiative. The role involves field-based interaction, awareness generation, and facilitation of program participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach activities to inform and engage target communities
• Facilitate registration and onboarding of beneficiaries
• Build trust and maintain relationships with local stakeholders
• Organize and support awareness events and field campaigns
• Collect feedback and report insights to the project team
• Coordinate with center staff and mobilizers for smooth execution

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for community development and public service
• Ability to travel locally and work in field settings
• Familiarity with local language, culture, and geography

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
