The role of Outdoor Sales Manager for a Luxury Jewellery brand in Hyderabad requires a dynamic and well-connected individual with 4-7 years of experience in outdoor/relationship sales, especially within the HNI/UHNWI segments. As the Outdoor Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct sales and expanding the exclusive clientele base through home visits, private showings, and personalized relationship-building. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and onboarding HNI clients, which may include celebrities, industrialists, politicians, and top bureaucrats. You will conduct outdoor and home visits to showcase jewellery collections in a discreet and curated manner. Additionally, you will leverage your contacts in the luxury wedding, hospitality, and event management sectors to build a steady pipeline of high-value leads. Collaboration with the in-store and marketing teams will be essential to plan client-specific activations and private viewing events. Your ability to deliver exceptional client service with a deep understanding of luxury preferences, heritage design, and bespoke jewellery will be crucial. Furthermore, maintaining detailed client databases and nurturing long-term relationships will be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will have a background in sectors such as luxury hotels, luxury event planning, banquets, premium gifting, or wedding consulting. You should possess a strong network among high-profile individuals and families in Hyderabad or surrounding regions. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, discretion, and high grooming standards are essential. A proven ability to work independently and meet revenue targets through direct, relationship-led sales is required. Preferred qualities include prior experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion/lifestyle products. The ability to curate personalized sales experiences and understand ultra-luxury buying behavior will be advantageous. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred for this role.,
