Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outbound Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, generating and following up on leads, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Outbound Sales and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Lead Generation experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
