As an International Call Centre Sales Executive, your role involves serving as the first point of contact for US customers by making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging prospects. You are expected to qualify basic interest and warm-transfer the call to the Appointment Setting Team. This position requires individuals with at least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling, who are ready to excel in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects daily - Utilize high-performance scripts, tonality, and objection handling techniques - Qualify prospects within the first 30-90 seconds of conversation - Warm transfer interested leads to Appointment Setters in real time - Maintain consistent calling speed, energy, and professionalism - Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, qualified transfers, talk time, and conversion percentage - Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM You will participate in daily coaching, feedback sessions, and role-plays to enhance your performance and skills.
