Outbound Calling Associate

Job Title: Outbound Calling Associate Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled outbound calling associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success in outbound sales or customer service. The outbound calling associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and updating customer information in the company database. Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments. ● Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. ● Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database. ● Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns. ● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion. ● Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve company objectives. ● Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Requirements: ● 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections. ● Good organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
