Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to handle customer queries effectively.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Report call outcomes and customer trends to team leads or supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as an Outbound Caller, Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and regional languages (as required).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication are a plus.

Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Time management and organizational skills.
Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
