As a Sales Manager at Xellr, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our metrology, inspection, and industrial automation solutions in the UAE & GCC region. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with clients in aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Your responsibilities will include spearheading new business development initiatives related to metrology solutions such as CMMs, laser trackers, portable arms, and automation software. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborating with technical experts, you will customize solutions to address specific client needs and challenges. In addition, you will cultivate strong networks with OEMs, resellers, and industry leaders, and represent Xellr at various industry events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 7 years of B2B sales experience in metrology, industrial automation, or precision engineering. A deep understanding of dimensional measurement systems like CMMs, laser measurement, and portable arms is essential. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical/industrial setting, along with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Being based in the UAE, preferably Dubai, with the flexibility for regional travel and holding a valid UAE driving license are also requirements for this position.
