Job Description

The Credit & Collections Analyst I will be responsible for performing collection activities for smaller customer. The role involves reviewing customer payment history, following up on past-due balances, resolving disputes, updating contact information, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall collections team. Communication will be primarily email-based, with escalation done for complex issues.

Role & responsibilities

  • Review customer collection history and maintain updated records
  • Research and validate customer contact information
  • Follow up on past due balances through email communication
  • Document all dispute details and notes
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to collections
  • Escalate complex collection issues to senior analysts
  • Support special projects assigned by the team
  • Work across multiple ERP systems simultaneously

Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per process requirements

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 4 years of experience in collections, AR, or credit control
