Job Description

Job Title: OTC / P2P Operations Specialist

Location:

Role Overview:

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
OTC and P2P transactions
ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
Handle and resolve
Sales & Distribution errors
, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Work on SAP SD or similar ERP tools for transaction processing and issue management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and escalation where required.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1.5 to 2 years
of experience in OTC/P2P operations.
Strong understanding of
Sales & Distribution error handling
.
Working knowledge of
SAP SD or equivalent ERP systems
.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Willingness to work from office during the initial 2-week training period.
