OT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist in surgical and procedural operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterilization, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Operation Theatre (OT) before every procedure.
• Assist surgeons and medical staff during cosmetic or aesthetic surgeries.
• Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain records of OT supplies, instruments, and consumables.
• Handle equipment setup, calibration, and cleaning before and after use.
• Support patient preparation and post-procedure care as directed.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain OT discipline, hygiene, and readiness for scheduled procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in OT Technology or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an OT Technician (experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery preferred).
• Good knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and surgical equipment handling.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
